The hotel is conveniently located near the House on the Rock & Peck's Farmer's Market with Zoo, making it suitable for exploring these attractions, but the rooms are very outdated and don't seem worth the price. While the service was cool and helpful with dinner recommendations, the dining options were disappointing with just a standard continental breakfast. The location is convenient for events like weddings at Sugarland and it offers easy access to charging outlets. However, there are some positive comments about the friendly and helpful staff.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and clean, but it was disappointing to find out that a cheaper option was available 40 minutes away. The facilities were underwhelming with only 2 arcade games and a pool table, and a not-so-hot hot tub. The beds felt as stiff as a board, and the pool area ceiling leaked from the rain, giving an impression of a run-down and unkempt property.

The motel offers clean and well-stocked rooms that are surprisingly spacious at the back of the property. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making for a pleasant stay overall. However, the breakfast service was not very friendly.

I was impressed by how clean and well-stocked the rooms were, especially with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, which is not always common in other hotels. The room I stayed in was surprisingly large, providing ample space to move around comfortably at the back of the motel.

The service here is top-notch. The staff went out of their way to give me a tour of the ground attractions, which was a nice touch. However, I did notice that the breakfast service was not as friendly as the rest of the staff.

The location of the motel is very convenient, being close to where we were having a gathering. It is also right off the highway for easy access. The only downside was that it felt somewhat warmer and stuffier upstairs, but overall, the location worked well for our plans.
